Current favourite band: Yoga Fire.

They are Norwegian and really cool. Check them out. I started listening to them because they are coming to Raumarock, which is the closest rock festival here. It is rather small, but awesome. OH, can't wait!

Yoga Fire - De Eneste I Verden

I wrote a song for you and all the things you do, and it was called Yellow

Of all the different bands and artists I listen to, there are three bands(that I can think of right now) that can make me cry. If it is by listening to the music, seeing a music video or actually seeing them live, doesn't really matter. These bands really make my emotions go crazy. They are: Kings of Leon (of course!), White Lies and Coldplay. I have seen both Kings of Leon and White Lies live. White Lies was the warm up band for Kings of Leon! Best day of my life.. so far.

There is a Coldplay concert being shown on TV right now. I must stay up another hour, so I can watch it. Right now, my biggest wish is to go to a Coldplay concert, 'cause I really hope I will get closer than a television screen. Whenever I get the chance, there is only one person I want to share it with, my precious Vilde. I miss you, girl.

You'll still be my star

I've raided our closet, well technically my mums closet. I like her pile of shirts, especially the plaid ones. And yes, I don't wear pants, I wear tights. (Stillongs er så hælvetes tøft!)

And I found sweaters from the 80's. Cool! I kinda liked the blue one, so it might actually be worn. I will definitely not wear the pink one.

Social studies can be fun too..

Today we chose a country for a project in social studies class. I couldn't decide between Australia and India. I noticed that Australia has their National Day today. I thought it must be a sign and my choice was clear, until I discovered India also has their National Day today. I was stunned. I like coincidences.

I chose India. Because of the tea and mango, I guess.

I want to let you share one of my favourite movies. If you haven't seen it, well you better get to it. The movie I am talking about is 500 Days Of Summer. I love it. And, the best part? It's Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel. Two of my favourite actors, indeed. They are so cute. And the music too, love it.

I miss summer

Lately it has been around -30 Celsius degrees. It was even -40. So, yeah, I'm cold. I can barely breath through my nose and my throat hurts. So, yeah, I'm also sick. I should probably not complain, 'cause now it is only -26. Anyway, I really miss summer.

So, what's up with me?

Not much. I've started school again. So now I am back to "I have no social life, except maybe in the weekends". Really, the time just vanishes. I know, it is not like you can collect time.. Whatever, I am not going to be all philosophical and discuss time right now. My point is that I don't do anything. I get home from school, do my homework, maybe watch a movie, and that's it. I am not even reading. It is tragic and boring. So I have a plan now. I will get a life! New year, new things, new chances, right..?

Living is easy with eyes closed

Today, I've been really jealous of my sister's new shoes. All black All Stars. Heart!

But I'm not gonna steal her shoes, 'cause she gave me a book for Christmas, Time Traveler's Wife. I'm so looking forward to reading it.

I've been making a little scrapbook of Beatles quotes. It's for my sister, actually. The front is a yellow submarine. It's cool and I hope she likes it.

New year, new stuff

Happy new year.

It is a brand new year, we have new chances and we're starting fresh. Silliness. If you acted like a complete jerk the last year, people won't suddenly forget about that. It is not like everything suddenly changes. For me, it doesn't feel different at all (except that I was slightly hung over the first morning this year *hawk*).

Ok, so there is something new about me. A tiny thing; I now wear liquid eyeliner. All the time.
